once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email that we have received your returned and approval or rejection of your return. if you are approved, then you will be an in-store account credit that can be used on your next purchase. we do not do cash/credit refunds but only in store credit.
sale items cannot be returned.
we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. please email email@example.com first and you will be sent a confirmation number for exchange.
